For more than 11 years, Jonathan has been a steady and compassionate presence in the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. His dedication goes far beyond simply meeting job requirements; he truly invests himself in the growth, happiness, and well-being of the individuals he supports.
This month and for many months leading up to it, Jonathan has played an instrumental role in a wide variety of programs, including work contracts, gardening initiatives, and electronics projects. In each area, he has helped participants discover their own strengths, develop new skills, and achieve meaningful goals. His efforts give individuals not only opportunities for employment and learning but also a sense of belonging and purpose.
