Introducing a New Tradition at PSW!

We’re excited to launch our Employee of the Month program, a new way to celebrate the incredible staff who embody PSW’s values and make a difference every day. Each month, we’ll recognize one outstanding team member whose dedication, compassion, and teamwork shine bright.

For our very first Employee of the Month, we are proud to honor David, July 2025’s recipient!

David has consistently gone above and beyond, not only throughout July but in the many months leading up to it. As a Job Coach II at our Recycling Center, David is a true role model for teamwork and leadership. He is always ready to lend a helping hand, accomplishes his tasks with excellence, and continually pursues opportunities to grow his skills. His positive attitude is contagious, making him a valued and respected member of both his peers and supervisors.

David, thank you for your commitment, energy, and leadership. You set a high standard and are a vital part of the Recycling Center’s success. We are proud to recognize you as PSW’s first-ever Employee of the Month!
