Whether through life skills training or civic engagement projects like graffiti removal, PSW embodied a model of compassion that empowered participants to live fully. This work required integrity to honor individual voices, collaboration with local leaders, and a continued commitment to belonging—ensuring everyone had a place not just at PSW, but in the wider community.
